Note:

If you already have a gang sheet design ready, simply choose your preferred sheet size and upload your file. We’ll take care of the printing and ensure fast delivery with high-quality results. To maintain optimal print quality, please ensure that your files do not exceed 22x300 inches. Larger files may cause resolution issues. For orders exceeding these dimensions, you can upload multiple files to be printed separately.

Application Guidelines

Heat Press Settings:

• Set the pressure to medium.
• Temperature: 139°C (282°F) for both cotton/50/50 blends and synthetic/polyester fabrics.

Pressing Time:

• Cotton and 50/50 blends: 9 seconds.
• Synthetic fabrics and polyester: 6 seconds.

Apply the transfer to your fabric, ensuring you follow the correct time and temperature for the material you're working with.

Hybrid Peel: You can peel the transfer film while it’s hot or after it cools, but do so in one smooth, quick motion to avoid damaging the design.

For Enhanced Durability

Once the transfer film is peeled off, place parchment paper over the print and press again for an additional 5 seconds to increase durability.

Iron-On Instructions

Iron Settings:

• Set the iron to its highest temperature.

Pressing Time:

• Press the design for 20 to 25 seconds, applying consistent pressure across the entire design.

Hybrid Peel: Similar to the heat press method, peel the transfer either while hot or after cooling, in a smooth, continuous motion.

Instructions:

• Wait 24 Hours: Let the print set for at least 24 hours before washing to allow it to properly cure.
• Wash Inside Out: Turn your garment inside out before washing to protect the design.
• Cold Water Wash: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to help preserve the print’s quality.
• Mild Detergents Only: Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents. Opt for mild, color-safe detergents.
• No Fabric Softener: Fabric softeners can degrade the print, so it’s best to avoid them.
• Hang Dry Recommended: Air drying is ideal. If using a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
• Avoid Ironing Directly on the Print: If ironing is necessary, place a cloth over the design and use low heat.
